My Initial Impression About the Ingredients
I pay a great deal of attention to the ingredients, and I can say that ingredients present in OptiMind have performed the same function– that is to make the brain function better through the increase in the production of neurotransmitter and acetylcholine which are responsible for memory and learning. Aside from that, it also contains Green Tea Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Caffeine that are all effective in boosting mental abilities. However, it’s also worth noting that caffeine can be pretty much harmful to those who are suffering from heart disease and other chronic illnesses. Thus, you have to consult your medical physician first if you’re one of them. Other than that, you can pretty much expect that this supplement would improve your mood due to certain ingredients, such as DMAE, vitamin D3, and GABA present in OptiMind– they are responsible for the release of neurotransmitters in the brain.
Experience While Taking the Supplement
Just like with any other nootropics, I was really skeptical at first. However, in all honesty, I was pleasantly surprised with what I have experienced within the first week of taking this supplement.
Although I was feeling a little groggy the first morning, with a slight case of “brain fog,” because of not having enough sleep, I was still able to get out of bed without any issues at all and prepare my breakfast as usual. As I was reading the ingredients present in OptiMind, such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, Caffeine, Bacopa Monnieri, Phosphatidylserine, L-Taurine, Vitamin D, Calcium, Vitamin B12, Huperzine A, and many more, I was really pleased that it contains one of my favorite ingredients which is the Bacopa Monnieri.
I also skipped my regular cup of Joe because OptiMind already has caffeine in it, and I don’t want to feel jittery all throughout the day. Likewise, I also didn’t want the caffeine to affect the results of this nootropic, and that’s why I decided to just have a full dose with a glass of water and see how it will go.
The First 20 Minutes
As ridiculous as it may sound, after the first 20 minutes of taking OptiMind, I started to notice an increase in energy levels– similar to what I get after drinking a cup of coffee. After a couple of minutes, even my concentration has improved, and I can compare my experience to something I often get after drinking a bottle of energy drink minus the jitters.
As the day went, I was able to focus on my tasks without getting easily distracted at all. That means I was able to get more done without having to take a lot of breaks. In a way, I could say that I really felt productive.
I was expecting to experience even a mild crash during night time because of the caffeine present in OptiMind. However, that didn’t happen at all!
Overall Experience
I can say that the week I took OptiMind was a pleasant experience. I didn’t encounter any negative effects that could possibly hinder my productivity. In fact, it was the opposite.
By the end of the week, my to-do list has been pretty much accomplished, and this was because I was able to get more done during the day unlike before. As a business owner, I have to be efficient most of the time and OptiMind made that possible. It’s also worth noting that even after the seventh day of use, I did not build up a tolerance. This is one of the issues with other nootropics, as the body gets used to the dosage, that for them to feel the same effects, they have to increase their intake.
Dosage
A single capsule works great for me as it allowed me to tackle the day without any issues at all. Though, whenever I’m planning to go to the gym, I take a second capsule just to get an extra boost.
Does It Have Any Side Effects?
I have been experimenting with nootropics for quite awhile now, and within a week of using OptiMind, I felt no negative effects at all. In fact, the feeling I got was almost similar to drinking coffee, but it’s definitely more expensive, but I think it’s truly worth the cost as it was able to improve my memory and concentration.
Additionally, I think one of the reasons why I didn’t suffer from any side effect at all is because I never took it on an empty stomach. That’s why I highly recommend that you should have a good snack, or a healthy meal first before taking a pill.
Final Words
Overall, I can say that OptiMind is one of the best nootropics that I have tried. As you can see with my experience above, it’s very effective and the fact that they offer a 14-day free trial makes it even better! Even with just the first usage, you can already know how amazing this smart drug is. It has the ability to change your day for the better as you’ll be more productive than before. That said, there’s no doubt that OptiMind would sure meet anyone’s expectations in brain supplements.
