First Impressions
Considering the fact that I have been experimenting with nootropics for quite a time now, I have been in search of a substance that’s capable of giving long-term results, and I was hoping that CILTEP can do just that.
Dosage
During this experiment, I consumed around 3 capsules per serving which contains the following:
– 5mg Vitamin B6: Cofactor for neurotransmitter synthesis.
– 750mg ALCAR: Acetylcholine support.
– 500mg Phenylalanine: Building block of noradrenaline and dopamine.
– 4mg Forskolin: Enhances CAMP production.
– 900mg Artichoke: Acts as PDE inhibitor.
A Week of Using CILTEP
I decided to record the first week of taking this supplement to have an idea if it’s really working or not, and here’s what I noticed during those 7 days:
Day 1
I consumed 3 capsules of CILTEP at around 12 noon together with a light meal to ensure maximum absorption. I started feeling the effects an hour later, where I began to be quite talkative and interested in finishing my task. My first thought is that it might just be a placebo effect, but after 5-6 hours, I still have the same feeling, and I can say that my overall mood has been better.
Day 2
I started the day by taking 3 capsules again, but without a meal as I want to see if I’d be able to maximize its efficacy. One of the ingredients it contains, the forskolin is better absorbed with fat, but according to the directions printed on the label, it’s highly recommended to take it with an empty stomach and so I did. Again, I had the “motivated” feeling which I can describe as an improvement in my mental energy.
Unlike with other nootropics that make you experience “body high” CILTEP did not give me that feeling at all. In fact, I managed to finish my tasks, and I got more curious to do some research regarding certain concepts. Likewise, during my conversations with others, I noticed that I feel more confident and I can keep the conversation flow going– which was very difficult for me before.
Day 3
This time, I decided to take CILTEP together with caffeine and theanine with a ratio of 100mg: 100mg. Considering that I’m stimulant sensitive, I expected an instant boost from this, but with the combination of CILTEP, the effect was really different. It’s almost like I had a dual dose of caffeine in a good way.
Aside from that, I realized that this combination can help you become more creative– I was able to complete a mind-map for my future project, and that’s after finishing my day’s work. The only problem I had was it took some time before I fell asleep.
Day 4 & 5
I decided to try combining CDP Choline (500mg) and piracetam (2.4 g). The effect was pretty awesome as I was able to stay alert, creative, and more focused. I was even more sociable all throughout the day.
Day 6 & 7
I decided to take a break because it was suggested in the manufacturer’s instruction to do so. I didn’t encounter any tolerance issues when I did, which was a good thing.
Summary of My Experience with CILTEP:
– Enhanced stimulant efficacy.
– The effects last for almost a whole day.
– Goes well with other nootropics.
– Improvement in mental ability, focus, and creativity.
– Instant results.
How CILTEP Made Me Feel
I can say that the effects are almost instant because it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes for me to start feeling very alert and it also improves my overall mood. Within 7 days of using this product, I was able to accomplish a lot of things within the day and during the first hour, I feel more motivated than usual.
Notable Benefits of Taking CILTEP
– Improved Memory
One of the most notable benefits that I noticed while taking this nootropic is that it has improved my memory and overall focus. Likewise, it has also been said that some of the ingredients of CILTEP are capable of protecting the neuroplasticity of the brain. That means you would be able to retain information, avoid memory loss, and improve your analyzation skills.
– Increased Alertness
Taking this nootropic has made me more mindful and alert of my surroundings, and by stacking it with caffeine, the effects almost doubled. However, you have to be cautious when doing so and don’t take more than 200 mg of caffeine.
Some of the Issues I Had
– Sleep Difficulties
Just like what I mentioned earlier, I experienced some sleeping difficulties when I combined CILTEP with caffeine. However, based on their website, if you are planning to stack CILTEP with any type of caffeine, it should be taken early enough in the day so that it won’t affect your sleeping pattern.
Is It Really Safe?
In general, if you’ll be taking this supplement as prescribed, then you don’t have to worry about any side effects at all. There are even studies to support that– studies show that increasing cAMP levels in moderation is relatively safe, to the point that it can even reduce the inflammation in cells.
When taken at a higher than the recommended dosage, there’s a possibility that you’ll experience nausea due to the PDE-4 inhibitors. Likewise, depending on the individual, these side effects can also be contributed to other factors that got triggered after taking CILTEP.
Final Words
Based on my own experience, I can say that CILTEP is perfect for those who want to improve their memory. It does live up to much of the hype, and there’s no wonder why CEO, gamers, athletes, and students have been taking this brain enhancement supplement.
Best of all, unlike other nootropics, CILTEP doesn’t alter the brain chemistry in the long run, and it’s quite effective for those who want to experience an instant brain boost right away.
